Our Story:

The Curren’s Cows Foundation was formed in honor of my grandson “Curren” who we lost at 17 months old.  Curren had a true love of cows. His favorite thing was to go to the barn and see the “moo’s” and if you did not watch him he would head for the barn as soon as he got a chance, first crawling then when he could walk, He’d run to the barn. In Curren’s memory the foundation’s will offer an annual breeding heifer scholarship to a deserving youth who has demonstrated a love of cattle, but needs help in the pursuit of raising and exhibiting one.

Our Mission:

The specific and primary purposes of this organization are to raise, receive and disburse funds, property and support, to a youth or youths in the state of California, who have a true passion for the all aspects of beef production: daily care, grooming, exhibiting and reproduction but do not have the financial means to do so.

In turn they will develop character, work ethic, and dedication.
